About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day requirements, schedules, and priorities of the Director and Deputy Director.
- Respond to enquiries, coordinate information flow, and maintain confidentiality
- Manage correspondence, briefings, and documentation.
- Prepare and edit reports, letters, presentations, and briefing notes.
- Provide end‑to‑end meeting support including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
- Coordinate intra/interstate travel.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Use organisational systems including TRIM, CHRIS21, Basware.
About You
Essential:
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent time‑management and organisation.
- Problem‑solving capability.
- High integrity and discretion.
- Stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in government or high‑pressure executive support.
