About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Asset Manager – Distribution to lead the development and delivery of regional asset management plans. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of our distribution network, supporting the energy needs of remote and regional communities.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead a high-performing regional team to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient asset operations.
  • Oversee commissioning, maintenance, and quality assurance of infrastructure projects.
  • Monitor asset performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external contractors.
  • Ensure operations are safe, cost-effective, and aligned with budget and strategy.
What You’ll Bring
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant tertiary qualification;
  • OR a strong electrical trade background with a related tertiary qualification.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing distribution assets.
  • Technical expertise in fault finding, commissioning, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of WA’s regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
