In this role, you will:
- Provide efficient, high-quality customer service to both customers and stakeholders.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with established KPIs and performance measures.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation, de-escalation, and dispute resolution.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy when preparing documents, reports, and updating records or information systems.
- Perform a range of general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Mandatory Requirement:
- Must hold a current, clean driver’s licence.
Highly Desirable Skills:
- Previous call centre or customer support experience.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
