Role Overview: Our client is currently seeking an established supplier that can provide a Business Analyst / Business Case writer to assist with the development and delivery of building related Business Cases to support progression of key priority projects

Role Overview: Our client is currently seeking an established supplier that can provide a Business Analyst / Business Case writer to assist with the development and delivery of building related Business Cases to support progression of key priority projects
Key Responsibilities;
- Development of Business Cases for Maddington, Armadale and North Coastal Metro fire stations
- Initial Options Analysis has been completed but will require transposing this to the Business Case along with completion of the additional sections
- Creating a range of detailed plans, workflows and checklists to support Business Case development.
- Working closely with stakeholders and project teams to analyse business processes procedures and requirements in order to establish requirements, and ensure solutions support the defined scope of business requirements.
- Provision of best practice and unbiased solution advice based on requirements.
- Participation in weekly progress meetings with the Manager Major Projects.
- Scheduling and facilitation of small to medium sized meetings and workshops with key stakeholders to gather business needs.
- Business Case development using DFES standard templates. Progression of Business Cases through funding submission cycle and liaison with external stakeholders.
- Business process analysis, process diagrams development, gap analysis and recommendation on processes improvement
Essential to be successful in this role:
- Experience within the building industry would be desirable but not essential
- Experience with development of business cases
- Experience with business process analysis, process diagrams and gap analysis
- Current valid NPC or ability to obtain one
