Key Responsibilities:
- Presenting future state Participant Journey to diverse audiences as needed.
- Updating future state Participant Journey to reflect the scope and concept design from Scheme Reform Projects.
- Collaborating with service designers to ensure alignment of designs with the future state.
- Participating in design workshops to represent the future state.
- Identifying and raising risks to executives when designs deviate from the future state Participant Journey.
- Advocating for the progression towards or achievement of the future state in designs.
- Working closely with technology partners to ensure technological changes support the future state Participant Journey.
- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in business architecture and project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex and sensitive projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with co-design principles and practices is desirable.
- Previous experience in the disability sector or related fields is advantageous.
