Change Analyst
Contract Duration: 6 months
Commencement: ASAP (short notice periods considered)
Location: Fremantle, WA
Hours: Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week
Rate: $70 per hour per hour + super
About the Role
Our client is undertaking a payroll system replacement project, including the integration of time sheeting into Oracle. To support this transition, they are seeking a skilled Change Analyst to work closely with the Project Manager and lead change management activities that ensure a smooth and successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive Change Management plan, outlining activities, sequencing, stakeholder analysis, and impact assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, develop training materials, and deliver training.
- Monitor engagement, leadership support, business readiness, and adoption through execution of feedback plans.
- Proven experience in change analysis, particularly in technology change and training.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, including advanced report writing and presentation skills.
- Desirable qualifications: PMP, APGM, Prosci, CCMP, CPCM.
- Experience with ERP/Payroll project management.
