Key duties and responsibilities
- Provide hands on Clarizen/Power BI services and administrative support.
- Be the first point of contact for Clarizen/Power BI support the resolution of users’ issues.
- Manage and resolve issue tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high standard of service.
- Manage Clarizen/Power BI and access & licenses: add and remove users, create users' profile and groups.
- Assist project managers and directors with utilising Clarizen/Power BI for their schedule, risks and issues, reports, resource allocation.
- Construct dashboards with accurate reports & perform regular maintenance.
- Perform configuration tasks to uplift tool performance and its development as per the client’s requirements.
- Comply to security measures and standards relevant to Clarizen/Power BI administration, to ensure data integrity.
- Uplift users' skills & contribute to the creation of training materials & training sessions.
- Provide industry best practice recommendations on how to uplift future use of Clarizen/Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Clarizen/Power BI with other systems & tools as seamless data flow and enhanced functionality.
- Collaborate with business users and report developers to understand requirements to optimise report performance and ensure efficient data retrieval.
The role will suit someone with demonstrated expertise in:
- Navigating and utilising Clarizen/Power BI, showcasing a deep understanding of its features and functionalities.
- Experience transitioning PMO functions into MS Project/Power BI.
- Proven ability to administer and configure Clarizen/Power BI settings, workflows, and user permissions to optimise the platform.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills to address issues, optimise processes, and ensure the smooth functioning of Clarizen/Power BI for all users.
- Effective communication to liaise between technical and non-technical users, conveying complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Demonstrate expertise in Power BI around managing and maintaining the Power BI environment to ensure it aligns with the organisation’s needs.
- Demonstrate experience in projects, PMO or business administration, Microsoft, Confluence & Jira.
