About the Role:
DFP Recruitment is currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join a busy government department on a part-time basis in Moree, NSW. This role is based on-site only and is suited to candidates with strong customer service experience and good computer skills. The successful candidate will undertake full-time paid training (35 hours per week) for approximately 8–10 weeks before transitioning to the part-time schedule (minimum of 20 hours per week). This is a great opportunity to build your public sector experience in a supportive, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face channels
- Process service requests and enquiries accurately and efficiently
- Work collaboratively in a professional team environment to meet performance targets
- 2–3 years of customer service experience (call centre, admin, retail or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Experience in office-based or government environments (preferred but not essential)
- Must be currently residing in NSW (only NSW-based applicants will be considered)
- Must be available to work on-site in Moree NSW
- Must be willing to travel for two 5-day training sessions in Penrith or Coffs Harbour (all expenses covered, with receipts)
- Must be able to pass a high-risk police check and provide two professional references
