This Australian owned success story with a proud reputation of manufacturing and supplying high quality products to the mining and industrial sectors, our client, is looking to fulfill key roles within its West Kalgoorlie plant.
About the role:
This position will work closely with the distribution team to monitor and report on goods and stock movements and inventory both within and out of their Operations. Monday to Friday role working 35-40 hours per week.

Duties:
- Stocktake reconciliations
- Producing and investigating stock variance reports
- Accurate Data Entry
- Liaising with customers and internal suppliers
- General administration duties as required
- Strong MS Office Skills
- Previous administration assistant experience
- High end organisational skills
- Developed communication skills
- SAP experience desirable but not essential
- Reliability, punctuality and the right work ethic and attitude
- Potential for long term contract to permanency
- On the job training is provided
