About the role
Corporate Services supports the achievement of the Agency’s business outcomes by providing a range of services to the organisation including information technology, business planning, procurement, finance, property, governance, compliance, human resources, learning and development, workplace health and safety, corporate communications, parliamentary liaison, media, marketing, customer services and whole of government coordination.
The purpose of this role is to deliver a project related to customer facing functions. Other work from within the portfolio can be assigned to this position based on approval of funding, capacity to deliver and experience.

Skills and capabilities
People who are successful in this position must have the following pre-requisites:
- Significant experience in project management with tertiary qualifications or accreditation in a project management methodology;
- Ability to make decisions, take direction, manage budgets and execute a plan;
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and organisational, interpersonal & motivational skills;
- In depth knowledge of project management using proven methodologies, particularly applied to information technology, modernising regulation or transformational business change;
- Well-developed written and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of procurement and supplier management; and
- Proven ability to work within a team environment.
