About the role
As a Scrum Master, you will have an important role in a major transformational program with Salesforce as the core solution platform.
Duties
- Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies – stand-ups, progress updates, retrospectives.
- Develop and manage a release calendar for BAU releases, integrating it with other project and business activities
- Oversee the planning, scheduling and quality assurance of support releases
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the release management process
- Work closely with the QA and Business teams to ensure release meets quality standard
- Act as liaison between development teams and business units
- Ensure adherence to agreed audit procedures and protocols
- Develop and maintain documentation related to release processes and schedules
- Contribute to regular BAU Support release activities at the direction of the Director.
- Create and manage backlog, sprints and blockers and releases.
- Manage relationships with and between support team members and other stakeholders to proactively promote and achieve streamlined adoption of delivery processes.
- Build strong working relationships and trust with the business and other Stakeholders through strong repeated delivery.
- Support resolution of issues, remove blockers and work with other technical teams to deliver technical focused outcomes
- Raise change records and represent them at the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
- Provide reporting to management on ticket volume, statuses and trends.
- 3–5 years ICT industry experience in a technical team leadership role with demonstrated understanding of Agile SAFe SDLC and end to end software delivery
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience coaching in agile methodologies, techniques, systems, and tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence team culture and lead by example.
- Proven experience in facilitation, conflict resolution, and driving continual improvement.
- Experience with the Salesforce Ecosystem.
- Certification in Scum Master, ITIL or Agile SAFe.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
- Applicants must hold Australian citizenship.
- Applicants must hold Baseline Clearance.
- National Criminal History Records Check and completion of the Agency’s screening checks.
