Our State Government client is seeking a Construction Supervisor to join their team, delivering maintenance and minor works programs across the CBD zone.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will supervise office staff, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will be involved in condition assessments, estimating, project planning, and coordinating maintenance and upgrade work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support staff and subcontractors in delivering maintenance and minor works programs.
- Conduct high-quality condition assessments and prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and project trade packages.
- Plan and coordinate projects, ensuring efficient delivery and cost-effective outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
- Undertake on-site WHS inspections, audits, and ensure safe work method statements are in place.
- Promote positive workplace culture and support staff development.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Construction industry experience.
- White Card.
Highly Desirable:
- Construction-related trade qualification.
- General supervisory experience in maintenance or minor works projects.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
