Job description

DFP Recruitment are seeking reliable and experienced HR/Recruitment/People and Culture professionals for numerous temporary vacancies around Perth, Western Australia.
  • Competitive hourly rates - $35-50 per hour plus Super (depending on experience)
  • Short and long-term casual contracts available
  • Local, State and Federal clients
  • Perth CBD, NOR and SOR locations
 
Responsibilities may include:
Recruitment
Drafting and posting job ads
Conducting interviews
Completing background checks
Onboarding employees

Human Resources
Payroll services
HRMS systems
Knowledge of relevant Awards and agreements
Staff entitlements
 
OHS and Compliance
Reporting
Audits
Injury management
Application of relevant legislation, standards, codes of practice and policies
 
About You:
  • HR/Recruitment/People and Culture experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Full working rights
  • Able to pass police clearance check (if required)
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster if eligible)
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Advanced MS Office Suite
