Job description

Our nationally recognised client is looking for an experienced Injury Management, Audit and Safety Advisor to join the team based in the Adelaide CBD. The position will be responsible for auditing sites across South Australia and Injury/Safety Management.
 
Key duties
  • Auditing multiple sites across South Australia
  • Injury management including new and existing claims.
  • Assisting line managers with workplace incident investigations. 
Your background
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE systems.
  • Experience in Workers’ Compensation and injury management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the development of Return-to-Work Plans.
  • Experience and knowledge of human resource management, including resolving potential Workers’ Compensation claims and disputes.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to build, maintain, and develop strong stakeholder and client relationships. 
Qualification/Certificates
  • Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety or relevant qualifications in HSE
  • RTW Coordinator Certificate
