We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Administration Assistant to support the operations team for one of our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic business in a key administrative role. You’ll be responsible for scheduling, coordinating installations, processing orders, and providing customer service support.

You are highly organised, solutions-focused, and have strong interpersonal skills. Your attention to detail and ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams sets you apart. - Manage stone stock levels and inventory
- Source and purchase stone in line with operational requirements
- Coordinate logistics and delivery of materials to the factory
- Process job orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle general administrative duties including answering phone calls and face-to-face enquiries
