Receptionist / Admin

Job description

A global leader of their industry providing services to the mining, industrial and commercial sectors are seeking the services of a dedicated and hardworking Receptionist /Administration Assistant to join their small Kalgoorlie based team.

This is a full-time permanent role based locally; this is not mine site position
Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4pm


The Role:

Providing support to the branch team, this person will be responsible for assisting with frontline reception duties, customer service, supplier / sales orders, purchase & quoting. This role will support and assist the debtor clerk with a range of clerical duties.


The successful applicants will possess the following:

* Previous general administration and reception experience
* Strong communication and customer service knowledge 
*Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
*Demonstrated high level of computer literacy and database management
*Team orientated with the ability to work autonomously



To commence immediately you must be able to provide a clear laboratory drug and alcohol screen and a National Police clearance.

You must be residing in Kalgoorlie with current Australian work rights and relevant experience to be considered.
