The Role

Joining their contact centre located in South Melbourne, Your role is to provide superior customer service and specialist technicial advice to customers, agents, mechanics/repairers in relation to processing complex automotive claims. This role will be ideal for a candidate with a background as warranty clerk, automotive technician, spare parts interpreter, or dealership experience.

This role operates Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with the possibility of working a hybrid model past induction and training periods.

Duties will include:
  • Applying your technicial knowledge to assist in the processing of warranty claims
  • Liaising with dealerships and external assessors
  • Technical point of reference for non technical claims staff
  • Processing disputes via inbound/outbound calls and emails 
  • Confirming repaiarer diagonsis including labour repair times, parts pricing and digital images.  

About You
  • Demonstrated experience in an automotive industry
  • Experience working with contact centre environment or similar role (favourable)
  • Proficient in administration tasks
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication and computer skills
  • Great time management and problem-solving skills
