Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality customer service to clients, visitors, and stakeholders—both face-to-face and via phone and email.
- Support daily operations through a wide range of administrative tasks, including appointment coordination, data entry and record keeping.
- Help organise regional events, group programs, internal meetings, and community outreach.
- Manage general office duties such as travel bookings, invoice processing, correspondence, and supplies.
- Has experience in providing administrative and operational support in a health or government environment.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Can prioritise competing tasks and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service to clients and staff.
- Understands and values the importance of supporting veterans and their families.
- Ability to obtain (or current holder of) a Working with Vulnerable People registration or Working with Children Check, as required by the relevant state or territory.
