Job description

Our client is seeking committed and motivated individual to join their team as an Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the health and wellbeing of their clients.

You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, professional administrative and frontline support to clients. 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high quality customer service to clients, visitors, and stakeholders—both face-to-face and via phone and email.
  • Support daily operations through a wide range of administrative tasks, including appointment coordination, data entry and record keeping.
  • Help organise regional events, group programs, internal meetings, and community outreach.
  • Manage general office duties such as travel bookings, invoice processing, correspondence, and supplies.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Has experience in providing administrative and operational support in a health or government environment.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Can prioritise competing tasks and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service to clients and staff.
  • Understands and values the importance of supporting veterans and their families.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Ability to obtain (or current holder of) a Working with Vulnerable People registration or Working with Children Check, as required by the relevant state or territory.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen
