About the Position
As the Administration Supervisor, you will oversee 2 administration staff members and support the wider team with administration tasks. You will be experienced in all things administration, be well organised and able to jump in and cover for team members as required including Reception and student reception. This a 6 month role working Monday to Friday 8.15am to 4.15pm.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities
  • Ensure administrative process and guidelines are developed, implemented and maintained
  • Ongoing training and support of Reception / Student Reception staff
  • Train staff in any changes with SIMON (software platform)
  • Cover breaks for reception / Student Reception
  • Oversee the Bus responsibilities and manage the relationship with the Area coordinator
About You:
  • Extensive administration experience
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information professionally and appropriate manner
  • Excellent time management, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications desirable
  • Ability to work independently and collaborative with the administration team
  • Excellent MS Office skills, ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
