Our valued State Government client is seeking an AO4 Executive Support Officer to join their team in Cannon Hill.
The primary purpose of the role is to develop, deliver and manage a range of executive and administrative support services to support the SEQ Operations Executive Director.

- Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, including calendar and correspondence management.
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.
- Maintain administrative systems across HR, finance, assets, and business processes.
- Support projects and corporate services reporting, including Briefing Notes, Business Cases, and Business Planning.
- Contribute to service delivery and program outcomes, implementing process improvements.
- Prepare, monitor, and maintain reports, coordinating section reporting.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in the same capacity
- High level communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Intermediate to Advance skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- SharePoint knowledge favourable
- Experience looking after a Senior Executive is preferred
- Ability to start immediately in a role
