Accounts Allrounder
Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for accuracy and customer service? We’re seeking an Accounts Allrounder to join our team and manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, while supporting smooth business operations.
The Role:
As an Accounts Allrounder, you’ll be responsible for handling all components of the accounts function, including debtor and creditor management, bank reconciliations, and resolving queries. You’ll also assist the Operations Manager with finance-related tasks to ensure seamless operations. There is option for full time or part time in this role, based in Kalgoorlie.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer and supplier service with professionalism and clarity.
- Manage invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly reconciliations.
- Generate and follow up on accounts receivable reports and outstanding debtors.
- Process supplier invoices and match statements accurately and on time.
- Assist with month-end consolidation and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace legislation.
- Contribute to team meetings and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting or a similar finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate computer skills.
- Effective communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.
- Customer-focused with a “can-do” attitude.
