What You’ll Do
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff
- Be the central contact for admin, reporting, and records
- Provide exceptional executive support, including correspondence and briefing notes
- Manage reporting, registers, and office systems
- Resolve escalated queries with professionalism
- Build strong working relationships across the department
What You’ll Bring
- Strong executive support and administration experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Excellent people leadership, multitasking, and communication skills
- Experience preparing and reviewing briefing notes and ministerial responses (desirable)
