DFP was nominated as a 2016 Finalist for the Telstra Business Awards. The recognition of being a finalist in the 2016 Telstra Business Awards was humbling and encouraging for all DFP staff. The focus placed on People has seen DFP staff tenure at levels more than twice the industry standard. The importance on Relationships has resulted in a majority of our clients working with us for more than 5 years.
DFP became the recipient of the 2015 McLean Award for Workplace Safety announced on 21 May 2015 – part of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA) Awards. The award recognised DFP’s commitment to workplace safety activities reflected in our investment and re-invention of the DFP safety procedures and igniting a Safety First culture in our people. This culminated in 2014 DFP’s Occupational Health and Safety Management System receiving certification as compliant to AS/NZS 4801:2001.
The RCSA Corporate Social Responsibility Award recognises the efforts demonstrated by on-hire, recruitment and workforce solutions businesses towards Corporate Social Responsibility. DFP was chosen as the 2013 overall winner recognising our excellence in the Community Involvement category, through our dedication in supporting many charitable organisations and our commitment to a number of community based activities.
