The Opportunity
We are excited to be working with our high profile federal government client seeking dedicated individuals to join their team of Subsidy Advisers. As an integral part of the home loans team, you will be involved in administering various home loan schemes. As a Subsidy Adviser, you will handle and respond to telephone and written queries, process applications for subsidies, calculate subsidy entitlements, and manage notifications of changes in circumstances to ensure accurate payments. You will also perform administrative duties, participate in team meetings, and engage in the Quality Control framework.
Key Duties:
The successful candidates will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to manage multiple competing priorities. In addition, you will demonstrate high levels of resilience, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

- Process applications for subsidy against eligibility criteria within KPI timeframes
- Calculate subsidy entitlement accurately for payments to clients
- Perform administrative duties including mail and record management
- Participate in team meetings and one-on-one discussions
- Participate in the Quality Control framework, including demonstrating the ability to accept and act on feedback
