College Administration Officer – Dandenong Campus

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive College Administration Officer to support the smooth running of their Dandenong Campus. In this varied role, you’ll coordinate VDSS programs, manage education census data, and provide high-quality administrative support to students, teachers, and families.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and take pride in delivering accurate, timely work that keeps the college running seamlessly.

What you’ll do:
  • Coordinate VDSS (VET Delivered to Secondary Students) programs and liaise with external providers
  • Collate and submit education census data with precision and compliance
  • Support daily operations including enrolments, attendance, timetabling, and VASS
  • Build positive relationships with staff, students, parents, and partners
What you’ll bring:
  • Experience with VDSS coordination and education census reporting
  • Strong admin, organisational, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student management systems
  • Current WWCC, Police Check, Driver’s Licence
