About Our Client
Our client is a respected leader in the healthcare industry, delivering high-quality corporate vaccination programs and pharmacy services across Australia. With a strong focus on operational excellence and community health, they are seeking a dedicated Team Administrator to support the smooth delivery of these vital services.

About the Role
As the Team Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the administrative backbone of corporate vaccination and pharmacy programs. This includes:
  • Managing administrative processes such as coupon issuance, invoicing, and payment transfers to client-branded pharmacies.
  • Liaising with corporate flu partners to ensure timely communication and invoice collection.
  • Supporting the Pinnacle Pharmacy Services Program and upcoming initiatives, including SiSU billing and invoicing.
  • Coordinating training events for Pharmacy Services, including venue bookings, staff travel, and invoice payments.
  • Providing regular reporting and general administrative support to maintain operational efficiency.
This is a contract role until September 2025, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful health initiatives in a dynamic team environment.

About You
We’re looking for someone with full, unrestricted working rights and the following skills and attributes:
  • Administrative Expertise: Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical settings, with a strong background in billing and invoicing.
  • Organisation & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for engaging with corporate partners and internal teams.
  • Financial Acumen: Confident in handling financial processes including invoice tracking and cost allocation.
  • Team Collaboration: A proactive team player who supports colleagues and contributes to program success.
