Location: Brisbane CBD
Rate: $50.37 per hour + Super
Contract: 6 Months with potential to extend

- Respond to phone and online enquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve incidents and maintain daily workloads efficiently
- Assist with general administration duties
- Navigate and guide clients through online systems
- Handle potentially difficult or emotional conversations with care
- Support and collaborate with a close-knit team of 6
- High attention to detail, especially in data entry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and pivot between tasks
- Resilience in managing fluctuating call volumes
- Reliability and commitment to team success
- Experience dealing with distressed or vulnerable clients
