Job description

Our client is looking for technically minded, passionate customer service consultants to work in their Service Team providing first level technical support to customers. Your proven customer service skills and strong problem solving and analytical abilities will see you thrive in this vibrant contact centre environment.

Your responsibilities will incorporate:
  • Co-ordinating warranty repair services
  • Building and maintaining working relationships with Service Agents across the country
  • Following up on Service Agent reports and findings
  • Outbound communication to clients and service agents to provide updates
  • Navigating CRM, systems and office programs and phone software
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve warranty claims
  • General administrative and data entry tasks
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities:
  • Previous experience in a technical environment
  • Exceptional communication & negotiation skills
  • Experience working in a high volume call centre is highly advantageous
  • Positive , bright attitude with a high level of resilience
  • Previous field service experience is highly advantageous

This is a full time ongoing contract position. Successful applicants will be flexible to work a rotational roster between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. You will be rewarded with and attractive hourly rate, dynamic team culture and exceptional on the job training & support.
