What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for healthcare enquiries—listening, clarifying, guiding.
- Handle high-volume inbound calls with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Support customers through sensitive situations while protecting privacy and dignity.
- Move confidently across multiple systems and screens—accuracy is everything.
- Work within a structured, time-sensitive environment with defined shifts and breaks.
- Collaborate closely with peers and leads to hit quality and performance goals.
To be successful in the role:
- Have experience in a busy contact centre (healthcare experience is a plus).
- Communicate with clarity and warmth—spoken and written.
- Stay calm under pressure and keep your focus across back-to-back calls.
- Are tech-savvy and fast at navigating multiple systems.
- Value confidentiality and accuracy, always.
- Bring a solutions-first mindset and a drive to create positive outcomes.
- Contribute positively to a team while owning your responsibilities.
- Must be Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Available for interview this week – due to tight deadlines
- Have a clear National Police Check or willing to get one
- Available Monday – Friday 7.50-8.30 rotating roster
