Job description

DFP Recruitment are looking for multiple Data Entry Officer’s to join one of our government clients within the health sector based in Nedlands. The role is working Fulltime supporting morning, afternoon and night shifts across the duration of the assignment.

The Role
• Ability to use webPAS for data entry to support clinicians and clerical staff.
• Use Microsoft 365 applications, in particular MS Teams and email to respond quickly to users calls, emails and maintain a log issue outcomes.
• Experience at a DMR hospital is helpful not essential - training will be provided.

Rate: $34.20 per hour plus Super (penalty rates for afternoon, night shift and weekend shifts)

About you
• Experience in an Administration Support role
• Experience using webPAS within the Health Sector (essential)
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Packages, Word, Outlook, and MS teams.
• Must have full availability as per dates below to be considered for role.

Certificates/Licences required (essential)
• Current Police Clearance (less than 3 months)
• Current Working With Children Check
• Full working rights within Australia

Availability
All candidates must be available the following dates:
Assignment: 21 November - 3 December 2023
(Full availability for Morning, afternoon, and night shifts required)
