We’re seeking a Content Officer to join our client in their IT Quality & Compliance team — a role ideal for someone who thrives in a diverse, fast‑paced, and geographically distributed corporate environment.
In this position, you'll play a key role in shaping internal communications, enhancing content quality, and ensuring that our intranet and related communication channels remain accurate, accessible, and effective.

- Support content governance and help maximise the effectiveness of SharePoint, the intranet, and other content platforms.
- Strong experience in website or intranet management or content management systems (SharePoint and Azure preferred).
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to research, write, and edit complex IT content (including communication plans) in clear, everyday language.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical topics into concise, accessible content for audiences with varied levels of technical understanding.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and communicate effectively in a distributed organisation.
- High level of proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint.
- Previous experience working in IT, digital, or technical communication roles.
- Experience in large, varied, or geographically dispersed organisations.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and involvement in course content development.
- A current Western Australian motor vehicle driver’s licence.
