As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping people find meaningful work and supporting organisations to build thriving teams. You will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across temporary and permanent roles.
- Build strong client and candidate relationships based on trust and service excellence.
- Use assessment tools and structured methodologies to match talent quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with your team and the wider DFP network to deliver outstanding outcomes.
- Contribute to DFP’s reputation for ethical, high-quality, people-first recruitment.
You’re an experienced recruitment professional (2+ Years) who excels at building strong client partnerships and delivering results. You will thrive in this role if you:
- Build rapport quickly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Are proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑focused in fast‑paced recruitment environments.
- Have experience managing government recruitment processes and compliance requirements.
- Bring expertise recruiting across a wide spectrum of roles — from entry‑level professionals through to senior leadership and executive appointments.
- Pride yourself on exceptional service, commercial acumen, and consistently strong results.
