We are seeking a motivated Technical Management Support Officer to join our client and provide specialist assistance in traffic design and compliance. This role involves supporting speed zoning reviews, assessing advertising sign proposals, and preparing technical reports to ensure adherence to Main Roads policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with speed zoning reviews and conduct site visits to develop traffic designs and plans.
- Assess proposals for advertising signs within and beyond state road reserves.
- Prepare technical reports and draft correspondence for stakeholder enquiries.
- Undertake data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing technical support during meetings and consultations.
- Knowledge or experience in Traffic Engineering principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reports and stakeholder correspondence.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Degree or qualification in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Transport Planning, or related field.
- Knowledge of speed zoning principles and Australian road/traffic legislation.
- Experience in data analysis and report writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Contribute to projects that enhance road safety and compliance.
