Process Analyst – Level 6
Location: Subiaco, Perth
Contract Type: 6 month temp contract with possible extenstion

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Analyst to join our progressive State Government client in Subiaco. This role focuses on process mapping and business analysis, supporting key initiatives that drive operational efficiency and service improvement. Exposure to business transformation projects will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and document current business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop detailed process maps and workflows to support organisational objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Contribute to business transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Prepare reports, recommendations, and documentation to support decision-making.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
  • Proven experience in process mapping and business analysis within a government or complex organisational environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Exposure to business transformation projects (preferred).
  • Proficiency in process modelling tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
