HR Officer – Level 4
Location: Subiaco, Perth
Contract Type: 6 months temp contract with potential ext

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our dynamic State Government client based in Subiaco. This role focuses on Establishment and Role Development, ensuring accurate workforce structures and supporting strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage establishment processes, including creating and maintaining positions within HR systems.
  • Support role development activities, ensuring alignment with organisational frameworks and classification standards.
  • Conduct and review BIPERS assessments to ensure compliance with government requirements.
  • Provide advice and guidance on workforce planning and position management.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely updates to establishment data.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
  • Demonstrated experience in State Government HR functions, particularly establishment and role development.
  • Strong knowledge of BIPERS assessments and classification processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex data accurately.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
