Job description

On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for experienced Project Managers to join a critical program driving change across the organisation. This is a 12 month, daily rate contract and can be based in Richmond or Geelong. 

Key Responsibilities include; 
  • Leading consultation projects relating to workforce change
  • Developing and delivering comprehensive consultation plans and activities 
  • Engaging effectively with stakeholders including unions
  • Managing project plans, schedules, budgets and risks in line with Government Frameworks 
  • Preparing high-quality reports, briefs and executive documentation

To be considered for this role you will demonstrate; 
  • Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Able to operate in fast-paced, high-change environments with minimal supervision.
  • Confident managing complex, sensitive projects with competing priorities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role 
  • Experience in Government or Public Sectors - disability, health or allied health would be advantageous
