  • Multiple Federal Government Opportunities in Surry Hills
  • Contract until 30th June 2025 (possibility of extension)
  • $602.55 per day + super
  • 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

A Federal Government agency is currently seeking two experienced EL1 Scrum Masters to lead and coordinate sensitive and high-impact projects. These roles will involve managing a range of complex processes and ensuring alignment with strategic and operational outcomes.
 
Responsibilities
  • Leading Agile ceremonies - sprints, retros and stand-ups
  • Guide teams across Agile and hybrid delivery methods 
  • Track progress, manage risks and keep delivery on track 
  • Coach teams and uplift Agile maturity 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions
About You:
  • Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead 
  • Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) 
  • Skilled in using tools like Jira and Confluence 
  • Confident in project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder engagement 
  • Leadership skills
