Job description

We are seeking experienced Executive Assistants looking to make an impact in the public sector. We are seeking highly organised and professional individuals to support senior executives within South Australian State Government departments.

As an Executive Assistant, you will:
  • Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior leaders.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas and documentation.
  • Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them promptly.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, correspondence, and reporting.
 
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as an EA or similar role, ideally within government.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience in minute-taking and document preparation.
