Receptionist / Administration Assistant – Kalgoorlie

Join a global leader in mining, industrial, and commercial services. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Receptionist / Administration Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Kalgoorlie branch. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail will make a real impact.
  • Type: Full-time, permanent
  • Location: Kalgoorlie (local office-based role, not a mine site)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

As the first point of contact for our branch, you will play a pivotal role in delivering professional reception and administrative services. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing frontline reception duties and providing outstanding customer service
  • Coordinating supplier and sales orders, processing purchases, and preparing quotes
  • Assisting the debtor clerk with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks
  • Supporting the branch team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
This role requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.


To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
  • Proven experience in general administration and reception
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High level of computer literacy and experience with database management
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also operating independently
Essential Requirements:
  • Immediate availability to commence employment
  • Ability to provide a clear laboratory drug and alcohol screen
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • Residing in Kalgoorlie with valid Australian work rights
