We are seeking a motivated and organised Program Advisor to support the successful delivery of programs and projects across a complex and fast-paced environment.
Working closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, and a range of stakeholders, you will play a key role in keeping programs on track through effective coordination, reporting, governance support, and administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple initiatives, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable operating within structured delivery frameworks.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the day-to-day delivery of programs and projects across multiple initiatives
- Assisting with the preparation, coordination, and quality checking of project and program documentation and reports
- Supporting governance activities, including meetings, papers, presentations, and action tracking
- Helping maintain project schedules, resource information, and timesheet reporting
- Assisting with program and project financial tracking, including budgets, forecasts, and reporting
- Supporting the maintenance of risks, issues, and change information
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support clear communication and delivery outcomes
- Identifying opportunities to improve ways of working, tools, and reporting
- Contributing to the achievement of role-based performance outcomes
- Experience using Microsoft Project (Project Online) or similar scheduling and resource management tools
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working in public sector and/or large, complex organisations
- An understanding of program and project delivery frameworks such as PRINCE2, Agile, MSP, or similar
- Experience supporting programs or projects within an ICT or digital environment
- Hybrid working model with a requirement to work on site 50% per fortnight
