Customer Service Representative – Permanent Part-Time & Permanent Full-Time

DFP Recruitment is partnering with a well-established organisation within the supply chain and logistics industry to recruit reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of a supportive team and takes pride in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring service requests are handled efficiently. Working alongside an experienced and collaborative team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Answering incoming calls and understanding customer needs
  • Updating systems with job details and service requests
  • Coordinating and scheduling support when required
  • Keeping customers informed of job progress
  • Liaising with field staff to organise service calls
About You
You will bring a positive attitude and a strong customer service mindset, along with:
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience (preferred)
  • Availability to work:
    • Permanent Part-Time: Wednesday to Sunday, 2:00pm – 8:00pm
    • Permanent Full-Time: Wednesday to Sunday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence using computers and navigating multiple systems
  • Good communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the role
