DFP Adelaide is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Australian manufacturer with a strong global export presence. Based in their new distribution facility in Thebarton, this role is critical to ensuring smooth, efficient warehouse and stock operations.
As the Warehouse & Goods-In Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming goods and play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy across the business. Your work will directly support manufacturing, service, and dispatch teams by ensuring parts are received, checked, stored, and supplied without delay.

You will manage all incoming deliveries, stock control, and internal material movements, ensuring accuracy, organisation, and efficiency throughout the warehouse.

About the Role
You will manage all incoming deliveries, stock control, and internal material movements, ensuring accuracy, organisation, and efficiency throughout the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and check incoming deliveries against purchase orders
- Inspect goods for damage, quality, and quantity accuracy
- Book stock into the inventory system and allocate to correct locations
- Label, store, and organise parts and components
- Supply parts to manufacturing and internal teams as required
- Manage stock movements between warehouse, assembly, and dispatch
- Prepare items for outgoing freight when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse
- Assist with stocktakes and maintain inventory accuracy
- Work closely with Purchasing, Production, and Dispatch teams
- Previous experience in a warehouse or goods-in role (manufacturing or engineering environment preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to read and interpret packing slips, purchase orders, and part numbers
- Valid forklift licence
- Physically capable of manual handling, including cartons and pallets
- Basic computer skills and confidence using inventory systems
