Currently, our Brisbane office is looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment Associate to provide support to our high-performing Consulting team; if you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and love keeping things running smoothly, this could be your perfect fit.
 
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll be at the centre of operational support, candidate management, and database administration. With no two days the same, you’ll key responsibilities will include:
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to consultants and the broader team
  • Assist with candidate registration, testing, onboarding, and induction tasks
  • Conduct telephone interviews and schedule candidate bookings
  • Support volume recruitment activities including assessment centres
  • Manage candidate timesheets and resolve payroll queries
  • Maintain accurate records in our Salesforce database
  • Liaise with candidates and on-hired workers regarding performance and site matters
  • Assist with sourcing, reference checks, and general admin duties

  • Demonstrated experience in sales administration, office support, or recruitment (highly desirable)
