Our client is an integrated healthcare company providing private health insurance and health solutions to 3.7 million Australians. 

About the Role
The Sales and Account Manager is a subject matter expert and role model for excellent in sales and customer service.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Consistently delivering high performance in sales and service by exceeding personal performance objectives.
  • Acting as a key role model and point of reference for other team members in line with the business was of sales and services, outbound prospecting and self-generated channels.
  • Leading by example to enhance the sales and service knowledge, capabilities and performance of team.
  • Identifying and implementing sales and services continuous improvement initiatives to deliver better customer and commercial outcomes.
  • In conjunction with the Retail store manager, develop and implement a commercial focused strategy to increase sales performance and brand exposure in the local catchment.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven ability to deliver sales and service targets through self generation and outbound prospecting.
  • Previous experience in a sales & service environment.
  • Proven experience in sales coaching and providing feedback to others.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the health services, finance, or insurance industry within Australia.
  • Effective stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
