Rate: $352.92 per day + super
Hours: 38 hours per week
About the Role
We are looking for four skilled Microsoft Word Template Designers with strong Power Platform experience. You’ll design and build high-quality document templates used by business teams to generate letters and formal documents.
This is a full lifecycle role, from requirements gathering to design, development, testing, documentation, and handover. Your templates will be secure, robust, compliant with branding standards, and easy to use.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Microsoft Word templates integrated with CRM systems
- Build and maintain guided forms for user input and document assembly
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure templates meet corporate branding and formatting standards
- Test templates for accuracy, reliability, performance, and edge cases
- Create user documentation and provide training and support to business users
- Manage template version control, deployment, and updates across environments
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Word template development, including content controls, fields, styles, and building blocks
- Strong knowledge of Word formatting and layout (stylesheets, numbering, tables, headers/footers, printable and PDF-ready outputs)
- Experience creating guided forms, validating inputs, handling errors, and orchestrating document assembly
- Understanding of template governance, version control, and deployment strategies
- Strong testing discipline, including unit and integration testing
- Focus on user experience with clear prompts, validation messages, and intuitive workflows
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
- Hybrid working arrangement: up to 2 days WFH per week (as agreed with the Project Manager)
- Pre-employment checks required: two professional references and a Police Check via Fit2Work
