Our State Government client is seeking an experienced Lease Coordinator with a background in commercial property to join their Leasing Team. This role will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of leased assets across the State Government’s property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide lease management advice for the State Government’s office property portfolio
- Draft, review, and issue formal notifications relating to occupation matters for Government stakeholders
- Support executive-level and sensitive leasing projects, including office accommodation delivery
- Maintain and update lease management, tenancy, and financial systems
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Contribute to whole-of-Government accommodation strategies and policy development
- Research market conditions and industry trends to support strategic planning
- Represent the business unit in intra-departmental meetings and negotiations
- Prepare executive correspondence, reports, and briefing notes
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven commercial leasing experience
- Experience in facilities and maintenance coordination
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with landlords and tenants
- Financial administration experience, including checking and preparing invoices for payment
- Solid administrative experience, including updating lessor contact and billing details in Manhattan or similar property/finance systems
