  • 38 hours per week plus reasonable overtime, with flexible choice of days off (excluding Saturdays)

The Client
Our client is an Australian Success storey. Having opened their first Café in Tasmania in 1984, and grown to over 40 Franchises, whilst continuing to source local ingredients.
The Position
With a passion for bringing out the best in their people, our client is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join their team.
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Manage sales staff to meet company guidelines in all areas of people development, sales, and quality
  • Recruitment processes including hiring and on the job training of new Sales team members
  • Rostering, costing, and budgeting of sales roster
  • Front counter marketing strategies
  • Exceptional customer service inclusive of food preparation
  • Identify system improvements and implement change
  • Administrative duties including records maintenance, inventory, and ordering
So, if you have…
  • Experience in Retail Management or Hospitality Management
  • A qualification relating to Retail Management, Training or Operations (desirable)
  • An ability to maintain and exceed a high standard of customer service
  • Good knowledge of people management and recruitment processes
  • Strong communication skills
