- Phone allowance and laptop provided in addition to hourly rate of $30.00 plus Super

- Manage sales staff to meet company guidelines in all areas of people development, sales, and quality
- Recruitment processes including hiring and on the job training of new Sales team members
- Rostering, costing, and budgeting of sales roster
- Front counter marketing strategies
- Exceptional customer service inclusive of food preparation
- Identify system improvements and implement change
- Administrative duties including records maintenance, inventory, and ordering
So, if you have…
- Experience in Retail Management or Hospitality Management
- A qualification relating to Retail Management, Training or Operations (desirable)
- An ability to maintain and exceed a high standard of customer service
- Good knowledge of people management and recruitment processes
- Strong communication skills
