Job description

We are currently seeking interest from a self motivated, reliable and experienced Administrator to work on a full time basis for this organisation. This position is required to work Monday and Friday of each week.
As an experienced Service Administrator, you will be responsible for collating and submitting progress reports, assisting with customer queries and directing to appropriate personnel, carrying out data entry and record maintenance tasks, along with the below key elements required for the position.

The successful applicants will posses the following:
  • Previous generalist administration experience, service administration advantageous
  • Proven accurate and efficient administrative skills ensuring compliance and contractual obligations are met
  • Experience preparing and managing invoices and quotations
  • Knowledge of how to manage service orders, parts and inventory tasks
  • Ability to communicate with a range of internal personnel including managers, logistics and other administrative staff
  • Excellent generalist administration skills including high level of computer literacy and data input efficiency's commence immediately you must be able to provide a clear laboratory drug and alcohol screen and a National Police clearance.
