Job description

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst for a permanent position based in Melbourne CBD with an ASAP commencement. 

This role involves taking responsibility of understanding requirement analysis, development of tools, conducting system integration testing, reporting test status and tracking of defect Management for a ticketing system.

To be considered for this role you will demonstrate;
  • 4-6 years testing experience
  • A strong understanding of quality standards
  • Technical acumen to understand and communicate with developers
  • Knowledge of XML and Web Services will be an added advantage.
  • An ability to clearly describe different test phases
  • An ability to manage defect resolution processes
  • An ability to prepare comprehensive test data for test scenarios
  • An understanding and practical experience with test harnesses or test stubs.
  • Exposure to device based application testing.
  • Provision and Microsoft Office and Visio, Visual safe source.
  • V Model Process, Waterfall Model, Spiral and Iterative Model.
  • Microsoft VB .Net, ASP.Net, C#, Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server and Mercury Quality Center, Quick Test Professional.
  • HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, AJAX, Flash, XML, XSLT, XPath and XQuery, PSQL, Oracle.
  • PayWay Payment Gateway, 3D Secure, Google Maps.
