Athena Iliades
National People and Performance Manager
Athena Iliades joined DFP in 2010 and brings more than 30 years of experience in the recruitment industry, spanning operational leadership, people leadership and business improvement. Holding a Bachelor of Behavioural Science and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, Athena is responsible for DFP's people, safety and organisational development portfolio.
In 2025, her responsibilities expanded to include oversight of DFP's Marketing and Communications function, supporting greater alignment between the organisation's people strategy, brand, employee value proposition and customer experience. Outside of work, Athena enjoys multi-day hikes in remote and wild places, cooking and sharing Mediterranean food with family and friends, and spending time with her three daughters.
